It does. The app runs fully even on a 3G connection, and it weighs less than a photo. That matters because a cell group leader opens the app in someone’s home, in a neighbourhood where the signal does not always cooperate.

There are two levels of customization: one at no cost at all, and one paid.

The free one lets you put the church’s brand on the login screen and set the vocabulary: the word used in place of “cell”, the group categories, the names of the supervision level positions, the names of the groups themselves, and more.

For churches that want more of their own visual identity, customization contracted separately covers the app icon, the web address, the splash screen and the display icons, all carrying the church’s own look.

You do not. Anyone with a device connected to the internet uses every feature, on a phone or on a computer, and installing it never goes through a store. Updates arrive on their own when the app is opened, using very little data.

The life of the church: information about the church, the pastors, the location, the service times, the cell group finder, the feed with what is going on, the events open for registration, the courses open for enrollment and plenty more.

On top of that, the app shows the birthdays of the day and of the month among the church members, and you can send a happy-birthday message right there.
