Each person has their own password and sees only what their role calls for. A visitor cannot reach the members area, a student cannot see the teacher’s information, and what belongs to the church office stays in the church office. Each person acts according to their role and sees only what they are allowed to see.
They are. A termination is recorded on the membership roll. So the history does not depend on a filing cabinet or on the memory of whoever was in the office that day. Baptisms and transfer assemblies are organized in the app as well.
It does. The roll, the records, the lists and the involvement reports stand on their own, and there is a plan for a church that does not have cell groups yet, on the Pricing page. The cell group areas are there for whenever the church wants them.
