Our church uses a different name for cell groups. Can we change it?

Yes. The default name is “Cell Group,” but you can change it to “Small Group,” “Life Group,” or any other term your church uses.

How many cell groups can I have?

The number of cell groups your church can have is unlimited. If your church reaches the maximum amount listed on the plan within the contracted period (within the month, for monthly payments, or within the year, for annual payments), you will continue to use célula.in normally and the plan will be automatically adjusted for the following period.

Is there a limit to how many members and visitors I can have registered?

There is no limit! It doesn't matter how many members your church has or how many visitors your church leaders add.

How do event registration and course enrollment work?

The church can create as many courses and events as it wants. There is no limit. Registration is free for free courses and events. For paid courses and events, a 7% fee applies to each confirmed registration, including credit card and boleto fees.

Who has access to célula.in? Only church administrators?

No. Everyone in your church can have access to célula.in. Pastors, supervisors, and leaders are usually the people who derive the most value from the tool, but it is possible to give access to anyone. Each one will have access to specific features, according to the assigned functions.
