There is no limit. When your church goes past the number of small groups in its plan, the new value applies on the next invoice.
No. There is no setup fee, and migrating your records is part of the rollout and free of charge. Just send us the spreadsheet your church already has.
We do, and it is human: no bots, no artificial intelligence and no canned answers.
It covers anyone in your church, on any plan. The pastor, the supervisor, the leader or the front desk talks to us directly, with nobody in between.
We usually answer within a few hours, on business days. On weekends support only watches what affects the application running.
Paying for a whole year at once takes 15% off.
There is no extra charge. The church keeps using everything normally, and the new value is adjusted only on the next invoice.
That is fine, it is not a problem. The months already used go back to the regular monthly price, without the annual discount, and the difference is refunded.
Inside the application. The church asks for the cancellation, we check it and close the subscription. Nothing is left to pay after that, only invoices that were already open.
All of it, at any moment, without asking support. People and group records are downloaded as a spreadsheet from the administrative area itself, and whoever needs something more specific uses the API. Exporting stays available while the subscription is active.
Belonging to a religious organization is sensitive personal data under the Brazilian data protection law. The roll belongs to the church.

What can exist is the opposite. If your church wants to commit to a minimum term, we can offer a commercial benefit in return. That is its own choice, agreed beforehand, and it is not part of the plans above.
Yes. There can be a yearly adjustment to keep up with inflation, by the official government indexes, as stated in the terms of service shown when the account is created.
