You can. The initial load, which is the first batch of records coming from the spreadsheet or from the system your church uses today, is sent to our support team and they complete the import. That migration is part of the rollout and costs nothing.
Everyone in your church can have access. Each person sees the features their assigned duties give them, so the front desk does not become the bottleneck for everything.
The application is simple and intuitive, and most of the team learns by using it. Behind it, the structure is a full one: training focused on each area of the application, hundreds of help materials organized by duty, and video tutorials showing how to perform each action.
Inside every screen there is a help tool that explains everything that can be done in that area, without the person stopping what they are doing.
Live training with your administrative team is possible as well. That one we look at case by case, together with you.

Your church moves to the small group pricing, in the band that matches the number of small groups it has registered. It is the same thing that already happens when a church grows past its band: it keeps using everything normally, and the next invoice comes with the new value.

What can exist is the opposite. If your church wants to commit to a minimum term, we can offer a commercial benefit in return. That is its own choice, agreed beforehand, and it is not part of the plans above.
Yes. There can be a yearly adjustment to keep up with inflation, by the official government indexes, as stated in the terms of service shown when the account is created.
